Yoru Mishpatecha is an innovative nation-wide chabura structured as a לימוד בצוותא with the Dayanim and Kollel Dayanus of the Bais HaVaad. The תוכנית הלימוד is designed to give Rabbonim, Poskim and B’nei Torah שבכל אתר ואתר a thorough fluency in all the practical and relevant halachos of Choshen Mishpat.

The painstakingly curated syllabus requires just a few hours a day, and encompasses the most pertinent Business Halacha inyanim that are presented to Poskim on a daily basis, taking lomdim from the sugya all the way through contemporary פסקי הלכה. The multimedia learning platform includes comprehensive מראי מקומות, audio-visual shiurim, and ongoing mentorship and interaction with Bais HaVaad Dayanim and Kollel members. This three-year מחזור will אי״ה begin on ר״ח מרחשון, and will offer מסיימים the opportunity to obtain a היתר הוראה בעיקר עניני חושן משפט certification.
